2023 NASCAR Cup Series Playoff Rankings

Victory in Sunday’s Southern 500 playoff inaugural race saw Kyle Larson advance to the postseason round of the last 12 of the NASCAR Cup Series. Larson’s Hendrick Motorsports teammate William Byron finished fourth and remains second overall and even has a playoff point more than Larson.

Regular-season champion Martin Truex Jr. fell from first to sixth overall after a disastrous performance at Darlington that saw him finish 31st, while Tyler Reddick’s second-place finish saw him seven places overall made good.
