A Connecticut man is caught on video fighting bravely with car thieves

A Connecticut man tried to stop two car thieves from stealing his Aston Martin sports car… but his heroics were unsuccessful and ended with him suffering a videotaped beating.

Check out this Ring camera footage that captures the fierce battle between the masked thieves and the brave man in his garage at his Westport home Sunday afternoon.

As you can see, the man is behind the wheel of his luxury vehicle when the suspects boldly walk in and confront him.

A perpetrator opens the driver’s door and orders him to get out, but he refuses and the two get into an argument.

The other perpetrator rushes over to help his friend, but the man is able to fend them off for a short time.

The attackers become increasingly aggressive, tearing the man from his seat and throwing him to the ground before jumping into the car.

As they are about to drive off, the man stands up and starts arguing with the driver while screaming for someone to call the police.

This only makes the thieves angrier and they start beating the man as the video cuts out.

A Westport PD representative said the suspects sped away in the car and are still at large.
