At Amy’s Pizzeria, the customer used racist abuse and verbally attacked employees in a video that has now gone viral

A Hatboro pizza shop attracted attention after a viral tiktok video made its rounds on Friday, showing a customer engaged in a racist tirade aimed at one of its workers.
In the video, a manager at Amy’s Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant is shown standing at the checkout desk Thursday night as an unidentified customer demands a refund during the verbal profanity assault.
“What’s wrong with that is you’re not American. I’ll look up the (expletive) for you and bring you the (expletive) from our town. (Explosive) you. Give me my money back. I don’t give my money to illegal immigrants,” the customer said.
The video, filmed by another employee, lasts almost five minutes and ends just as a police officer enters the store.
“This lady walked into our pizza shop (Hispanic owned) and heard Spanish on our TV and started discriminating against us. Not all Spanish speakers are Mexican, and it was brave of her to embrace that,” the pizzeria said in its TikTok post of the video.
“Discrimination should not happen to anyone, no matter who they are or what background they come from. America is a country built by immigrants. I’m so sorry if you’ve ever experienced anything like this.”
