Backwoods Horror Movie Poster Revealed!

Uncork’d Entertainment has announced that they will be giving the Hillbilly Horror Movie The ones who call a digital release 10. JanuaryMay, and with that date less than a month away, they have unveiled a poster for the film. You can read about that at the end of this article.

Written and directed by Anubys Lopez… who shares a first name with the ancient Egyptian god of death, Anubis… The ones who call tells the story of two sisters taking a road trip to Colorado. On the way there, her car breaks down in a deserted old town. They soon realize that things are not what they seem and that they are not alone in the woods. Hunted by a sadistic pagan cult, they must do whatever it takes to survive.

It stars Angie Sandoval, Yetlanezi Rodriguez, Reese Fast, Kevin Kinkade and Addison Cousins.

Keith Leopard, the President of Uncork’d Entertainment, made the following statement: “if you liked it The cottage, Winchesterand The heretics, The ones who call should be on your must-see list. Headlined by two very strong actresses, The ones who call has so much to offer. We look forward to audiences discovering it in January when we release it.“

The ones who call marks Lopez’s directorial debut. His IMDB bio mentions that “His works are usually horror or thriller based on true events or small town folklore. He is known for his films ending abruptly, shockingly or unexpectedly. All of his films are intentionally made to make the audience feel uneasy and uneasy. He believes that horror should be psychological rather than physical and that films are scarier and more relatable when it could happen to the viewer.“
