Luckily, Google has a few tools that can help Android users avoid these mistakes while on vacation.

camera translation

One of the best tools that Android users have access to is the ability to translate texts written with Google’s camera.

It works by letting you translate words into your preferred language just by using the camera app.

To use this, go to your camera app, then tap Translate at the bottom.

While this is touted as a tool for business owners, Android users can also use it for seamless, real-time translations.

It helps people engage in conversations with others in hotels, airports, restaurants, customer service desks and more.

To access this tool, simply instruct the Google Assistant on your device to be your interpreter for any of the 44 available languages.

The tool is also loaded with features that help protect user privacy.

It doesn’t use a camera and doesn’t store any conversations or audio anywhere.

Additionally, no sign-up is required to use the completely free feature.
