A man in his 30s remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital after he was found injured in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, yesterday.

The man who was reportedly the victim of a serious attack was discovered with multiple injuries next to Corkagh Park just before 5pm.

He was later taken to Tallaght University Hospital.

It is understood gardaí are aware that several people came to his aid.

“Gardaí are appealing for information regarding an incident that occurred in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 on Tuesday, September 12,” Gardaí said.

“Shortly before 5pm, a man aged around 30 was discovered with multiple injuries in Cherrywood Villas.

“He was later taken to Tallaght University Hospital. He is currently in a serious but stable condition.

“No arrests have been made at this time.”

Anyone with information about this incident or video footage is asked to contact the investigation team.

In particular, any witnesses who may have been in the Kilcarberry and Cherrywood Villas areas of Clondalkin between 4.45pm and 5.15pm on Tuesday, September 12 are being asked to come forward.
