But there are steps you can take to keep lighting costs down this year.

Holiday Illumination is a light decoration company that offers services ranging from $700 to $30,000.

The company announced due to inflation News3 LV They’ve noticed a drop in customers at the lower end of the spectrum.

The company said the cost of supplies rose by 30%.

They also noted that due to the pandemic, orders must be in by February or March for the holidays.

This year, they began work on Christmas and holiday displays in mid-October.

“I really love it because when you’re done with it and you look at it and you see the kids coming out, they’re like, ‘Oh look at that mom!’ and they run around it. It brings you joy,” Holiday Illumination’s Gabore Viczko told News3 LV.

However, the larger the display, the more it will cost you.

To keep more money in your bank account, there are a few steps you can take.

First of all, it’s important to watch out for wasted energy, often referred to as “phantom loads”.

“Electronics still draws a little power even when plugged in,” said Kimberly Huffman, a senior communications strategist at Detroit-based energy company DTE Energy United States today.

“A timer or power strip will turn off that power so you don’t have that phantom load.”

Illuminated displays add anywhere from $15 to hundreds of additional dollars to your electric bill.

It is therefore important to budget accordingly.

Keeping your display smaller will reflect this on your bill.

But the more lights you build into your display, the heftier your bill gets.
