Crews will continue deep cleanups at SEPTA stations this fall – NBC10 Philadelphia

Crews will be tasked with deep cleaning several SEPTA stations over the next few weeks.

A deep clean will be taking place at Logan Station on the Broad Street Line from September 8th to 10th.

The cleanup will continue September 22-24 at the 46th Street Station and October 6-8 at the 34th Street Station along the Market-Frankford Line.

For each cleaning, the stations close at 8 p.m. on Friday and reopen at 5 a.m. on Monday

Teams are expected to focus on deep cleaning, maintenance, painting and additional repairs when necessary.

SEPTA has initiated these station raids on the Market-Frankford and Broad Street lines in recent months.

Since May, cleanup crews have been dispatched to Snyder and Hunting Park on the BSL and to Allegheny, Tioga, 11th Street and Somerset on the Market-Frankford Line.
