Deadpool 3 star Ryan Reynolds reveals there will be a sequel to the comics’ alt-reality Dogpool

Meet the mercenary with Bark.
Deadpool 3 seems to be even stranger than we first thought – in a good way.
Just like the Disney+ series Loki introduced various alternate reality “variants” of the God of Mischief, including an alligator Loki, the MCU’s Wade Wilson, aka Ryan Reynoldsrevealed its upcoming sequel with Hugh Jackman will at least get Dogpool.
“Did Dogpool Save the Day?” No chance in gremlin hell. But she’s currently giving the Disney plush merch department nightmares,” Reynolds tweeted on Thursday morning, along with a photo of Dogpool. “Coming with the film, summer 2024.”
Dogpool also has her own Instagram that fans can follow @dogpool.

In Marvel Comics, Deadpool traveled to Earth-103173, a parallel reality where scientists conducted Weapons X-level experiments on a dog named Wilson, turning him into Dogpool. The canine hero would become a member of the Deadpool Corps, a team of Deadpools in an alternate reality.
So does this mean the Deadpool Corps? will also appear Deadpool 3 and that the film is a multiverse excursion? We wouldn’t put it past Marvel. The larger film universe has leaned heavily on this concept of parallel dimensions in recent titles.
Photos from the set have also been leaked, showing Reynolds’ “Merc with a Mouth” and Jackman’s “Wolverine” standing next to the rubble of the 20th Century Fox logo, a self-referential nod to the fact that the previous X Men The films were released by the former studio, which has now been absorbed into Disney’s programming. In short, things were already getting weird.

Deadpool 3 reunites Reynolds and Jackman in their post-2009 Marvel roles X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Plot details are being kept secret, but the film will bring back stars from the previous films, including Rob Delaney (Sugar Bear), Karan Soni (Dopinder), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa) and Stefan Kapicic (Colossus).
The crownThese are Emma Corrin and Succession‘s Matthew Macfadyen has also joined the cast Reports have suggested Jennifer Garner (who recently collaborated with Deadpool 3 director Shawn Levy and Reynolds in 2022 The Adam Project) reprises her role as Elektra.
Filming was paused due to the 118-day SAG-AFTRA strike finally ended on Wednesday evening when the actors’ guild signed a new contract with the American Motion Picture Association. This means that stars, including Reynolds, are not only getting back to work, but they can now also talk about their projects. Hence the new Dogpool image. “We’re back in business,” Levy wrote on his Instagram Stories. The film is now moving full speed ahead to go back into production, with the filmmaker confirming a “summer 2024” premiere.
The film is still on Disney’s release calendar and will hit theaters on May 3, 2024.
