IPO of Divgi TorqTransfer Systems: The IPO of Divgi TorqTransfer Systems, backed by the Nandan Nilekani family, is now open for subscription to retail investors. The subscription window for the Pue-based automotive supplier’s public issue closes on March 3.

The company has priced its IPO at between Rs 560 and Rs 590 per share. At the higher end of the price range, the company aims to raise up to Rs 412 crore.

The IPO includes a new issue of Rs 180 crore and an offering of up to Rs 232 crore by Oman India Joint Investment Fund and Nandan Nilekani (Family Trust).

Around 75 percent of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional investors, 15 percent for non-institutional investors and the remaining 10 percent for private investors. A retail investor can bid for at least 1 lot comprising 25 shares at Rs 14,750. A retail investor can bid for a maximum of 13 lots comprising 325 shares at Rs 191,750.

The preliminary grant date for the IPO of Divgi TorqTransfer Systems is March 9th. The shares will be credited to the demat account of the successful bidders.
