The French Open 2023 continues to fascinate even as we advance to the final. No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz and No. 3 Novak Djokovic finally faced off on the Roland-Garros clay court on Friday. The veteran Djokovic has his sights set on a record-breaking 23rd men’s Grand Slam title and took a step closer to that goal after beating rising tennis superstar Alcaraz, who suffered a leg problem 1-1 in the third game, resulting in resulted in Djokovic winning nine games in a row. He sealed his 6-3, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 win in over three hours and will face either Alexander Zverev (No. 22) or Casper Ruud (No. 4) in the French Open final.
