DOC Requests Help Find Level 3 Predatory Offenders Who Cut Off Monitoring Bracelet – Twin Cities

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a Level 3 predator under supervision who cut off his GPS monitoring bracelet and disappeared from his registered address in Minneapolis, according to a release from the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

Archie Demound Randle, 45, whose convictions include aggravated robbery, first-degree criminal sexual conduct and soliciting a child to engage in sexual intercourse, was released from custody on June 27 on “intensive release under intensive supervision.”
On August 25, he cut up his GPS monitoring bracelet and left his registered address.
He has since been spotted near Cub Foods on 26th Avenue South in Minneapolis; near East Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis; and on Ruth Street North in St. Paul.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services press release describes him as either bald or having short brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 174 pounds, and having a lion’s face tattooed on the left side of his neck. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a maroon jacket, a blue bucket hat and black tennis shoes.
The DOC said if anyone sees Randle, do not confront them but call 911. Anyone with information about him is asked to call 911 or the DOC Fugitive Hotline at 651-775-5099.
