LAUDERHILL, FL. (WSVN) – A restaurant in Lauderhill was boarded up after a dangerous drive.

According to Lauderhill police, a driver crashed his black Toyota sedan into a restaurant at West Commercial Boulevard and Northwest 77th Avenue on Sunday afternoon.

The store’s facade was damaged and tables and chairs inside were mangled.

No one was hurt at the restaurant, but the driver suffered minor injuries, according to police.

He was taken to a medical facility for treatment.
