Early Scream VI reactions revealed

Reactions to Scream VI have started to surface, with many claiming it’s the bloodiest entry yet.

scream VI is celebrating its press party this weekend, and the lucky journalists who attended (including our own JimmyO) saw the film last night. Immediately after the screening, they were allowed to share their thoughts on social media, with a full embargo on ratings due to end later this week. Our man Jimmy said the following:

“#Scream6 is a delight! The cast is all brilliant, old and new, and the kills are bloody brutal. It’s one of the best sequels in the series with unexpected (and funny) twists! I like this scary movie!”

Other reactions were similarly positive, with many praising the enhanced gore and new urban setting of New York City. Of course, one has to keep in mind that Junket screenings are always pretty positive, and it’s common for someone who does interviews for the film and happens to hate it not to share their reaction. However, you can usually read between the lines, with the classic reaction to a movie you didn’t like being “it was fun”. The reactions seem legitimate (so far) – so check them out below!
