October is one of the best months of the year and I will die happy on this hill. It means, of course, Halloween, pumpkin spice lattes, apple picking, sweater weather and… another Prime Day.

For the second year in a row, Amazon is hosting a kind of Prime Day part two – the so-called Prime Big Deal Day – with discounts in all categories, including fashion, beauty, home and technology. Read on to find out everything you need to know about Prime Day in October 2023, as well as our picks for the best early bird discounts you can shop now.

Prime Big Deal Day starts October 10th at 3pm ET and runs until October 11th, Amazon announced On Monday.

Unfortunately you Do You must be a Prime member to take advantage of Prime Big Deal Day. But here’s a pro tip: sign up for a 30-day free trial before October 10th and then cancel when the sale ends. You get access to all offers (along with other member benefits like free two-day shipping and Prime Video) without paying the $15 monthly fee.

Good question. Prime Day and Prime Big Deal Day are essentially the same thing, except the former is a summer event and the latter takes place during spooky Szn. And because of the timing, Amazon is promoting Prime Day in October as the start of Christmas shopping.

While no specific deals have been announced yet, products that were discounted on the previous Prime Day will likely be back on sale on Prime Big Deal Day. So if you didn’t get everything you wanted in July, prepare for October 10th and 11th. To make the shopping process easier, we’re rounding up the best deals in each category and sharing all the Prime Big Deal Day updates you need to know. In the meantime, shop the first deals below.
