Fadia Kader joins Troy Carter and Suzy Ryoo’s Venice Music – Music Business Worldwide as EVP and General Manager

Venice Music has hired music industry veteran Fadia Kader as executive vice president and general manager.

Kader will oversee the company’s services and community business, leading teams across A&R, Artist Marketing, Sync and Community, Streaming/Commerce and Web3.

According to Venice, the manager will also drive the company’s global A&R strategy, finding and securing key music partnerships, and providing advice on the products and tools that help artists build and grow their careers.

Kader will report directly to co-founders Troy Carter and Suzy Ryoo.

Prior to Venice, Kader was Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at Clubhouse.

There, according to Venice, “she developed and executed the onboarding strategy for partners across multiple industries, creating and amplifying memorable social audio moments between creatives and brands and their audiences, including John Mayer, Nicki Minaj, TED, Netflix and many more.”

Prior to Clubhouse, Kader worked as part of the music partnership team at Instagram on collaborations for artists ranging from Taylor Swift and J Balvin to Billie Eilish and Verzuz Battle.

Kader has also held positions at Twitter, Def Jam Records and Complex Networks.
