Fans flock to the city center, CITYPARK, for the first MLS playoff game in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – The soon-to-be freezing temperatures didn’t stop football fans from witnessing a great moment in St. Louis football history. The first playoff game of St. Louis CITY SC’s inaugural season will take place on Sunday evening.
St. Louis hosts Sporting Kansas City late Sunday night, the first game of a best-of-three playoff round between up-and-coming rivals.
The fans are bundling their expectations for the coldest game in the history of St. Louis CITY SC. A freeze warning is in effect for the St. Louis metro until Monday morning, but fans have prepared with big coats, hot cocoa and other gameday rituals.
