FedEx’s nonprofit partner distributes winter coats to schoolchildren in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – Despite the current warm weather, we know winter is just around the corner and major companies are stepping up to help children in need.

“We all go about our business every day, but we all know there are more important things,” said Andrew Moehleah, FedEx regional sales manager for St. Louis.

FedEx partnered with national nonprofit Operation Warm to distribute 400 coats to children at Buder Elementary School.

“Connect children in underserved communities to the basic needs they need to thrive,” said Kylie O’Donoghue, senior manager of Operation Warm.

Thanks to its partnership with the transportation and logistics giant, Operation Warm is providing winter coats and shoes to 18,000 children across the country.
