G20 summit 2023 in Delhi: Today (Sunday, September 10) is the second day of the two-day G20 conference in New Delhi. This two-day program will be held at the Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. Here is the schedule
All heads of state will reach Rajghat between 8 am and 9 am.
There will be obeisances and prayers at Bapu’s Samadhi from 9:10 a.m. to 9:25 a.m.
Afterwards everyone reaches the G-20 venue.
It is reported that there will also be a tree plantation program there.
There will then be a discussion on the topic “G20: One Future” from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Lunch with Macron, Bilateral Talks Canada
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also discuss with French President Macron Emmanuel over lunch.
There will also be talks between India and Canada.
In addition, bilateral discussions are being held with the Comoros, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, the EU/EC, Brazil and Nigeria.
What is G20?
The G20 is called the Group of Twenty, this group has 19 member countries, the 20th member of the group is the European Union.
The G20 Summit is held once a year, although from 2008 onwards the G20 Summit was organized twice in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
The heads of state of the group’s member countries as well as some other countries are invited to this conference.
