HDFC Securities app not working, users are complaining

According to a report by Zee Business Channel at 9:40 a.m., the HDFC Securities app is not working for many users. Users of the HDFC Securities app complained about the outage on Twitter. Users are reportedly having trouble with the plans and signing up too.

HDFC Securities confirmed the issue in a tweet, urging users to clear the device’s cache and try logging in again. It asked them to DM the screenshot if the problem persists.

“Dear customer, we are here to help you. If your mobile application is running slow, you can clear the app cache and try logging in again. If the problem persists, please DM us the screenshot of the error with your trade details,” the financial services broker and a subsidiary of HDFC Bank tweeted.

Shares in HDFC Bank were trading on the NSE around 10:40 am at Rs 1,595 apiece, down more than 2.18 per cent.

Meanwhile, Rs 2.67 lakh crore was eroded by the market as the domestic stock market sold off amid weak global trends. According to the BSE website, the market capitalization of listed companies fell by more than Rs.2,67,539.54 to Rs.2,61,63,222.07.
