He also says investing in winter tire inflator is another good idea, as low temperatures can reduce tire pressure.

Under-inflated tires cause the engine to work harder due to increased rolling resistance.

Under-inflated tires can also affect your car’s steering and handling – not a good thing on snow and ice.

And so that you don’t get stranded, you should always have a portable jump starter for your battery in the vehicle, especially in winter.
