During my 50+ trips to Las Vegas, I’ve eaten at countless restaurants on and off the Strip.
There are many good reasons to visit Las Vegas, but the number one reason I go is for the food. This city is full of really good restaurants.
Whether you’re looking to treat yourself at a white-tablecloth eatery run by a celebrity chef, or you’re looking for something cheap and casual, Vegas always delivers.

Mon Ami Gabi is a French bistro directly overlooking the Bellagio’s fountain show.
My husband and I ate there Mon Ami Gabi Gastronomy for over 20 years. During most of our trips to Sin City, we drive to a location in Paris Las Vegas for lunch or dinner.
The food is classic French bistro cuisine, with appetizers like steak au poivre and trout mandeline. We always start with a baguette and one of his excellent appetizers, like chicken liver mousse pie.
Be sure to ask about the seasonal specials. On our last trip, the menu featured a delicious gazpacho.
Top it all off with a glass of wine or one of Mon Ami Gabi’s classic cocktails. We usually opt for a martini.
When the weather permits we like to sit outside on the terrace as it is directly opposite the Bellagio fountains. Show times vary throughout the year so I usually do Check the schedule on the Bellagio website and make our restaurant reservations accordingly.
Eataly serves a wide variety of delicious, quality Italian dishes.
I’ve been to four different ones Yummy Places in the US but the one in Las Vegas is my favorite. This Italian supermarket in the park MGM has several restaurants and sells imported groceries, wine and spirits.
If you are looking for lunch or an afternoon snack go to La Cucina del Mercatowhere you find Pasta, pizza and sandwich stations. While waiting for your order, grab a glass of wine or a cocktail from the bar.
For a leisurely sit-down meal, try classic pasta dishes and Napoletana pizzas La Pizza and La Pasta.
If you are celebrating a special occasion or just want to treat yourself, make a reservation at Tuscany Ristorante & Bar. Pasta lovers should order these Lasagna Rustica Al Forno (Italian Beef Lasagna), and meat lovers shouldn’t skip this Florence (Florentine Steak).
be sure to Ask the sommelier for wine recommendations.
Spago is the ultimate brunch spot, but you need to reserve weeks in advance.
The best brunch in Las Vegas is definitely at Spago at the Bellagio Resort & Hotel.
Wolfgang Puck opened its first Spago location in West Hollywood in 1982 and has since expanded around the world. Since then the restaurant has been doing well.
Getting a table at a Spago is never easy and this one is no exception. So reserve a few weeks in advance. Finally, Spago’s brunch might just be your most memorable meal in Vegas.
The restaurant has a large terrace with views of the hotel fountains in the foreground and the Strip in the background, but terrace seating is not guaranteed. I recommend showing up before popular meal times and asking the host if an outside table is available.
The star of the Spago show is definitely him rolled french Omelet stuffed with shrimp. For dessert, be sure to order the Instagram-famous Spiked Lemon, a chiffon cake with yuzu cream, yellow tinted white chocolate and gold speckled spikes. Pair the courses with a glass of champagne.
Din Tai Fung has a large menu with some of the best soup dumplings I’ve ever had.

If you’ve never been there, start with some dumpling dishes. Our absolute favorite is the crab and pork dumplings with hot sauce. Complement them with some vegetable side dishes and at least one pasta or rice dish.
There is something for everyone on the Carson Kitchen menu, and guests can watch the chefs prepare each course.
Most of my favorite restaurants are on the strip, however Carson kitchen has become my go-to place when my husband and I are downtown.
With menu Description of the offers As “creative American cuisine”, the restaurant has something to offer for everyone.
Everything on the menu is delicious but the bacon jam with havarti and toasted baguette and the Iron Chef burger are our favorite dishes. Leave room for dessert because the glazed donut bread pudding is irresistible.
Carson Kitchen has one decent wine list, but it’s really known for its craft cocktails. I recommend The Bee’s Knees, a Prohibition-era cocktail made with gin, lemon juice, and honey.
Whenever we dine here, we ask for a seat at the counter overlooking the open kitchen, which is the centerpiece of the cozy dining room, so we can watch the chefs at work.

Food halls have become popular in Las Vegas and in my opinion this is the best in town Famous foods street eats in the world of resorts. On our first visit to this hotel, the opened in 2021we ate there three times in two days.

The Mayfair Supper Club is an extravagant gourmet restaurant with live music performances.
There are many excellent restaurants in Las Vegas, but if you want to combine delicious food with live entertainment, The Mayfair Supper Club is the right place.
Just entering the dining room is a pleasure. After your eyes adjust to the dimly lit interior, you’ll see plush, upholstered booths, tables topped with floor-length white linen, large chandeliers, and stylishly dressed guests. And as if that wasn’t enough, the Bellagio fountains explode with color through the window.

Nellie’s Southern Kitchen offers a relaxed dining experience with classic southern flavors.
One of the newest restaurants on the strip is Nellie’s southern kitchen at the MGM Grand, and it’s the perfect place to enjoy Southern comfort food. Founded by Kevin Jonas Sr. — Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas’ father — this restaurant pays homage to his grandmother’s cooking.
You can enjoy lunch or dinner at Nellie’s, but I recommend coming in the evening to enjoy the live music. Then order tasty Southern classics like Cookiesfried chicken and shrimp and grits.
Nellie’s also has a full bar with a large selection of whiskeys and bourbons.
