Jake Tapper drops a blistering S-bomb about Marjorie Taylor Greene on live television

CNN’s cursed right-wing extremist MP (R-GA) for hypocrisy on live television after the conspiracy theory-peddling lawmaker filed a motion to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), who accused Tlaib of “anti-Semitic activity” over her criticism of Israel.
“The extent to which some people only pretend to care about anti-Semitism when they can weaponize it never ceases to amaze,” Tapper said at the conclusion of Sunday’s episode of “State of the nation.”
Tapper confirmed that Tlaib, a Palestinian American, did so came under fire even from Democratic colleagues for her anti-Israel comments as violence escalates in the Israel-Hamas war. But the moderator questioned whether House Republicans were “really in a position to censure Tlaib.”
“Leading Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump dined with Holocaust deniers,” Tapper recalls. “Donald Trump released an outrage last Rosh Hashanah accusing liberal Jews of voting for the destruction of America and Israel without hearing a word from any Republican leader in the House of Representatives.”
Tapper then focused on Greene’s history of anti-Semitic comments.
“This is the same Marjorie Taylor Greene who has been promoting the great replacement theory in videos, the crazy idea that rich Jews are trying to replace white Americans and Westerners with black and brown Muslims.” Not to mention, of course, her Jewish space laser conspiracy, that a consortium that included, yes, wealthy Jews used lasers on satellites to start forest fires.”
Greene also compared the COVID pandemic mask requirement to the Holocaust.
“Anti-Semitism is not a club that is used against people for political reasons,” said Tapper. “There is also no Islamophobia or racism, anti-gay behavior, misogyny or any other kind of bigotry.”
“This shit ain’t a game,” he concluded.
