Jeremy Renner is doing ‘whatever it takes’ in recovery

Jeremy Renner continues admirably with his recovery, hitting the gym less than two months after an accident that left him with 30 broken bones.

in a (n Instagram story This week, Jeremy Renner shared a video of himself working out and working out his legs, along with the caption, “Whatever it takes.” But he tries not only to work on his body, but also on his mind. Renner also posted that he is also focusing on his “spiritual recovery” and is relaxing with a copy of “The Book of Awakening” by Mark Nepo, in which the author “Opens a new season of freedom and joy – an escape from the dull, dormant-at-the-wheel monotony – that is both profound and clarifying.”

Jeremy Renner refuses to slow down. He has kept fans updated not only on his condition and recovery but also on his projects. Since the Jan. 1 accident in which Renner tried to save his nephew from the oncoming snowplow that Renner had just left, the actor has taken to social media more than most considering the situation. Just two weeks ago, Renner teased that he was working on his upcoming Disney+ series regenerationsdescribed as “An original four-part series that reflects Jeremy Renner’s lifelong passion for giving back to communities around the world by reinventing unique, purpose-built vehicles to meet the needs of a community.”

A recent post on the Instagram story was one of them Mayor of Kingston Co-creator Hugh Dillon shares a clip from the show. The second season of the Paramount+ series began two weeks after Jeremy Renner’s accident.

Despite two Oscar nominations (Best Actor for The injured lockerBest Supporting Actor for The city) and a role in the Impossible Mission franchise, Jeremy Renner is best known for playing Clint Barton aka Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is credited with appearing in six MCU films as well as two series, most notably the eponymous Disney+ series. Renner was a clear inspiration for his fans, with the younger ones hopefully seeing a superhero outside of costume.
