Trump claimed at an event in New Hampshire that he may have been the first person to ever realize that the word “us” is spelled the same as “US,” the abbreviation for the United States.
“I am for us. Do you know how to spell us correctly? You spell us, US. I just picked this up. Has anyone ever thought about this? I just picked this up,” he asked.
Fallon was silenced by the comment and finally told his audience, “I’m going to give you all a few seconds to process this.”
