MILLIONS of struggling Americans are expected to receive a $1,050 stimulus payment by the end of this week.
Officials began rolling out tax refund payments for the middle class in October, and they will be issued through January next year.
In all, more than 20 million Americans in California are lining up to receive the payment.
Californians lucky enough to pocket either a Golden State I or Golden State II stimulus payment last year and have a last name that begins with WZ will receive their debit card no later than December 10th.
Non-GSS recipients with last names starting with A through K will receive their payments from now until December 17th.
Aid payments will continue to be issued until January 14 and will be sent in two forms – either bank transfer or debit card.

The amount ranges from $200 to $1,050, but depends on a person’s adjusted gross income.
Single people earning $75,000 or less receive $700 if they have a dependent.
But joint applicants who have income of $150,000 or less and have a dependent will receive a check for $1,050.
Couples earning $500,001 or more are not eligible for the relief payment.
According to that MCTR websiteEligible taxpayers are those who:
- Submission of the 2020 tax return by October 15, 2021
- Meet California Adjusted Gross Income (CA AGI) limits.
- Were not eligible to be claimed as a dependent in the 2020 tax year
- were a California resident for at least six months of the 2020 tax year
- are California residents on the date of payment
As of December 2nd, more than 6.9 million direct deposits and 5.4 million debit cards have been issued so far.
Officials expect around 95 percent of the payments will be sent by the end of this year.
Meanwhile, Hawaii has been sending out discounts worth up to $300 since around the beginning of fall.
To claim your discount, you must submit a 2021 tax return by December 31st.
Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed legislation in September allocating $500 million in tax refunds to residents.
Individual taxpayers will have to pocket $300 in payments, while joint taxpayers will get $600 or 10 percent of their 2020 income taxes — whichever is greater.

Around 75,000 discounts will be sent out weekly by March 2023.
However, residents must file their tax returns by December 31 to be eligible.
