Kevin Federline is reportedly considering legal action to demand MORE child support from Britney Spears!

Kevin Federline He’s reportedly having a dispute over how to handle child support payments involving exes Britney Spears.
Of course, the former couple has teenage sons together Jayden James And Sean Preston. And while Sean is about to turn 18 in the next few weeks, which will change the child support landscape, Jayden still has a few more years ahead of him at home with Kevin and his wife Victoria. So the K-Fed is apparently considering a big step to demand more child support payments. And he has a very specific reason for this wish!

Accordingly TMZ, Kevin currently receives around $40,000 per month in child support to care for the ex-couple’s two children. But this amount was specifically set with the goal of Kevin having the children half Britney takes care of the other half. In reality, according to this source, Kevin has been caring for the two children full-time “for years,” during which time Britney has barely seen them.
Insiders told the news outlet in a report Monday morning that K-Fed is exploring the possibility of seeking more child support in court. According to sources, this money reflects the fact that he has been 100% dedicated to the boys for some time now.
Of course, Kevin, Victoria and the boys all moved to Hawaii last month. Britney did not fight this move in court. Initially, it was reported that neither Sean nor Jayden even said goodbye to her in person before traveling to the islands. However, later reports claimed that Britney did so did Check out the guys before they go.
Regardless, there’s definitely still room there, and the K-Fed is apparently counting on the law to back him up for more monthly money – if he actually files this move in court.
