Kris Jenner Sparkles in Meghan Trainor Mother Music Video in Sandals – Footwear News

Meghan Trainor has cast the inimitable Kris Jenner in the lead role in her new music video ‘Mother’ and looks are wild.

The Kardashians matriarch makes her debut lip-syncing to Trainor’s vocals in a glam retro look, complete with a blonde bob, jewelry and a white Cult Gaia gown. The column dress with puff sleeves is styled with matching opera gloves for good measure.

As for the shoes, Jenner is seen dancing on a pink platform with a pair of crystal embellished sandals that complement her sparkling earrings and necklace perfectly. The eye-catching style appears to have a shiny metallic sole and a stiletto heel that is approximately 3 inches tall.

Meanwhile, in her next appearance, she wears a dramatic black velvet dress with long sleeves and a mermaid skirt that hides her shoes. Again, the reality star and businesswoman dons gloves and an assortment of eye-catching jewellery.

Directed and choreographed by Charm La’Donna, the video garnered praise from Jenner’s daughters on social media, with Kourtney Kardashian writing, “THIS IS MY MOTHER 🔥.” Khloe Kardashian also commented, “Stop it I’m fucking screaming! I’m fucking screaming! Oh my god, thank god. This is really my mother! How lucky am I? Meghan, let’s be sisters.”

Trainor’s new single, which follows the hit ‘Mr. Sandman” is a part of the new deluxe release of their fifth album “Takin’ It Back” which was released in October.

It’s hardly the first time the 67-year-old has starred in a music video. In 2018, she memorably appeared as Regina George’s mother in Ariana Grande’s “Thank You, Next” video.
