Lamar Odom hires children to work for him at Odom Recovery Group, company holidays

Lamar OdomHe keeps it in the family… He hired his son and daughter to work for his substance abuse treatment company and gifted them a company outing.

Sources close to Lamar tell TMZ … he’s focused on bonding with his kids, and that includes having his son, LJand daughter, determinationJobs at Odom Recovery Group.

Lamar’s son is a marketing consultant… We’re told he’s basically a reflection of Lamar and has learned the ins and outs of the company so he can assist Lamar when needed.

Lamar’s daughter now serves as a customer representative… She is responsible for recording patient information and making sure they are all prepared as they begin their journey of recovery. We’re told that both children even took part in a commercial for the company that airs in various locations on Hulu.

In recognition of their hard work at work, we learned that Lamar took his newest employees on a little vacation to Orange County and spent a few nights at an oceanfront property in Newport Beach.

Not a bad work advantage!!!

The job opportunities and company holidays are all part of Lamar’s bid to reconnect with his children…and we’re also told they’ve all been living under the same roof since late May.

Lamar definitely needs the help of his company… Odom Recovery Group continues to expandhe has added 4 new rehab centers to his portfolio and at work all hands are on deck with his little mom Lisa also help at work.
