Lance Reddick stars alongside Ana de Armas in Len Wiseman’s John Wick spinoff film

Quick, someone needs to get Lance Reddick to fit a pair of ballet slippers! Why? Because he joins the cast of John Wick spin off, ballerina. lion gate has struck a deal for Reddick to reprise his role as Charon for the upcoming spin-off starring Ana de Armas. production for ballerina is already underway, with Len Wiseman (underworld, Total recall, Live free or die hard) Directed from a screenplay by Shay Hatten (Army of the Dead, day shift, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum).

“Charon is an indispensable part of the Wick world. It’s great to know that Lance will continue to make his mark on this franchise.” said producer Erica Lee.

Keanu Reeves (John Wick), Ian McShane (Winston) and Anjelica Huston (The Director) also receive top marks in the film, which focuses on a young woman (Ana de Armas) with killer skills who seeks revenge when assassins kill -Settlements her family.

Last month Lee narrated The Hollywood Reporter, “The idea of ballerina was formed around the scenes with Anjelica John Wick 3. Anjelica Huston is an icon and nothing short of a Hollywood queen. The world of Wick just keeps getting richer with her impressive screen presence.”

Huston’s character is the leader of Ruska Roma, a criminal organization with a deep understanding of The High Table. Presented as a mother-like figure for would-be assassins, The Director is ruthless, motionless, and commands assassins with a flick of her jeweled hand.

Reddicks Charon is a star player in the John Wick Franchise. Charon appears in all four chapters of the John Wick Saga and acts as the overseer and confidante of guests at The Continental, a luxurious assassin-friendly hotel. Charon will not only look after his guests, but will also defend the sacred halls of the Continental to the last breath.
