Lenny Hochstein is suing because plants were removed from the house while Lisa was moving out

Famous plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein is taking a Florida plant store to court … claiming the company got away with a bunch of plants from his house years after he paid for them.

According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Lenny says he spent thousands of dollars on plants from Threlkel Botanicals in 2020 … but he claims the store started selling plants and trees from his Miami mansion last week remove while his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein was moving out.

Lenny, who is divorcing The Real Housewives of Miami star, claims he told the store and its owner directly: Jim Threlkelnot to take the plants off the property…but Lenny says they were removed anyway.

In the documents, Lenny screams foul…he says removing the plants he bought would amount to theft and trespassing.

Lenny also claims that Jim acted with “criminal intent” and knew he was taking property to which he had no right.

Lisa and Lenny’s divorce was pretty bad – he’s already engaged to another woman – and now Threlkel Botanicals is dragged into the fray.

Lenny is going after the store to get the plants back and/or pay damages and he claims the damages exceed $50,000!!!
