Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal is suing Dillon Danis and seeking a restraining order

Dillon Danis‘ incessant online trolling of Nina Agdal has driven LoganPaulSo much so that he’s suing Danis and seeking a restraining order to put an end to it all.

Agdal rushed to court on Wednesday to file documents obtained by TMZ Sports, claiming Danis has posted “despicable” things about her more than 250 times since his fight with Paul was announced earlier in the summer.

In her lawsuit, she alleges she suffered humiliation, emotional distress and reputational damage… and alleges that a post Danis wrote on Aug. 11 violated federal and state laws.

She says Danis shared a sexually explicit image of her in the post, stemming from “a romantic encounter” she had with someone more than a decade ago.

“Danis posted the photo – completely uncensored – from his X (Twitter) account without the plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal wrote in the lawsuit. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photo to maximize the number of views.”

The 31-year-old model claims Danis only agreed to the deletion after Misfits Boxing – the organization. after Oct 14 Danis vs. Paul inclination – threatened to call off the fight if he didn’t call it off.

Agdal added in the lawsuit that many of Danis’ other posts had upset her … including a tweet he penned on August 28 which she says showed a video of her from more than six years ago talking about ” her desire for intimacy,” spoke during a period of celibacy.

She alleges in the lawsuit that the video was stored deep within her Snapchat archive… “suggesting that Danis was hacked.” [her] personal account or had received the private video from someone who had done so.

She is seeking an unspecified amount of damages in the lawsuit, but is seeking no less than $150,000 per violation of federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.

As for her TRO, she’s asking a judge to ban Danis from posting sexually explicit pictures of her in the future… following Danis’ repeated threats to release more pictures that could damage Agdal’s reputation.

Danis, in turn, hasn’t apologized for the posts over the past few weeks…claiming they helped promote his posts upcoming fight with Paul.
