Tom Trbojevic is back on deck as the Manly Sea Eagles host a new Bulldogs outfit at 4 Pines Park on Saturday.

Trbojevic has not played a game since his shoulder injury in Round 11 of last season. He also suffered a hamstring injury in preseason, with new coach Anthony Seibold taking the cautious approach of not playing him in the Trials.

But the superstar full-back is back – and his return is just an added boost for the side that won the pre-season challenge.

This will also be Anthony Seibold’s first game as head coach since his highly publicized departure from the Broncos in 2020.

It’s also a milestone for Cameron Ciraldo, who begins his first season as the Bulldogs’ full-time head coach.

New Dogs recruits Reed Mahoney, Viliame Kikau, Ryan Sutton, Franklin Pele, Hayze Perham and Jacob Preston will also make their official club debuts.

Although it will be their NRL debuts for Preston and colleague Jayden Tanner.

Manly also have an injection of new faces with Cooper Johns named on five eighths and Kelma Tuilagi on the second row.
