Meghan Markle and Prince Harry looking for a home in Malibu

Megan Markle And Prince Harry are house hunting again… and this time they’ve set their sights on an expensive slice of paradise in Malibu, where a brand new mansion is being built.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent part of their bank holiday weekend touring an $8 million property in the ‘Bu’.
According to our sources, Meghan and Harry have been touring a property that is almost 6 hectares. There is already a guard house and a huge pool at the front of the property… and the foundation for a 10,000 square foot main residence is laid.
The property is located above PCH and overlooks Broad Beach. It’s absolutely secluded and private – there’s a gate and a long driveway up to the main house – and we’re told that’s part of the draw for Meghan and Harry.
According to our sources, the asking price is $8 million…plans for the main house have been approved and a construction team is on site. If Harry and Meghan buy the property, they can take on the construction costs, which are estimated at another $10 million.
Meghan and Harry currently live in a $14 million home Mansion in Montecitowhich is a far cry from the glitz and glamor of Hollywood… and the Malibu property is about 13 miles from celebrity hotspot Nobu and less than an hour’s drive from LA and Beverly Hills.
According to our sources, M&H are talking about selling their home in Montecito and moving to Malibu full-time. It’s close enough to Hollywood to do business, but far enough from Hollywood to give you security and privacy.
We did some digging and it appears Brendan Brown at Westside Estate Agency represents the property. We have reached out to Brendan, no response yet.
