Megyn Kelly Rejoins SiriusXM, Sets Trump Interview

Megyn Kelly is staying at SiriusXM.
The former Fox News host has signed a new multi-year deal to continue hosting The Megyn Kelly Show Live on Sirius’ XM Triumph channel through the 2024 election and beyond. As part of the new agreement, she will conduct a lengthy interview with former President (and former sparring partner) Donald Trump for a special edition of the show on September 14th. This is Kelly’s first meeting with him since May 2016.

“I’m thrilled to continue my relationship with the great people at SiriusXM who have been tremendously supportive of our show from the beginning,” Kelly said in a statement. “In a time when conversations are suppressed and news is distorted to suit the politics of a small group of people, it is a privilege to work with a company that values free expression and open, respectful and elevated debate.”
So far, Kelly’s show — which launched as a podcast in 2020 through her production company Devil May Care Media — has featured conversations with major political figures, including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and former ambassador Nikki Haley, the Democratic presidential nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.
While Kelly continues to make headlines, she has been without a mainstream TV platform since her departure from Fox News in 2017. In the years since, she has publicly insisted that she would rather be her own boss and run her own show, just as she does The Megyn Kelly Show. It is and will continue to be produced in collaboration with Red Seat Ventures.
