The video was uploaded to TikTok by @ nostalgic queen777 and had more than 6,500 likes.

At first she moans that her neighbors are driving at 80 km/h on a residential street.

She said to the man in his car, “Idiots driving through because they’re late. It’s a residential area.”

Surprisingly, the man didn’t drive too fast and asked her, “Why are you yelling at me?”

She replied: “I yell at everyone. That’s a damn public announcement.”

She thinks her neighbors drive fast because they leave it too late to catch the morning train.
