Officials identify man killed in Paulsboro house fire – NBC10 Philadelphia

Police in New Jersey have provided new information regarding a fatal house fire that occurred on October 18 in Paulsboro, New Jersey.

On Tuesday, officials said 65-year-old Clarence Johnson, who lived at the home, died in a house fire that broke out on Wednesday, Oct. 18, around 5:15 p.m.

First responders were called to the location for a report of a fire that left one person trapped, and police said officers on scene found Johnson dead inside the home when they arrived.

Although the Gloucester County Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy, officials said Johnson’s cause of death remains undetermined.

Officials said this incident remains under investigation.
