Peter Dinklage, John DiMaggio and more become robots in disguise

Paramount Pictures turns every Thursday into a Hype Train by a Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Follower. Inspired by the beast wars series of Transformers toys, the plot features giant robots that transform into mechanical animals instead of vehicles. Steven Caple Jr (Creed II, The country) is directed from a screenplay by Joby Harold, Darnell Metayer and Josh Peters. The upcoming movie contains a setting from the 80’s and seems to follow that bumblebee timeline.
In which Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Teaser Trailer, Optimus Prime meets Optimus Primal in a forest. After the duo exchange greetings, Primal informs Prime that a new threat is coming and dark times are upon the people of Earth. As the footage continues, we see Transformers of all kinds going to war, the inventive new technology on display, and robot-on-robot action that won’t be a black spot in your Google search history.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Stars Peter Cullen as the voice of Optimus Prime, Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal, Michelle Yeoh as Maximal Air Razor and Pete Davidson as Autobot Mirage, with Dominique Fishback as Elena and Anthony Ramos as Noah. The Transformers in this film will be robotic tribes known as the Maximals and Terrorcons, which are a different race from the Autobots and Decepticons. However, you are also at war on planet Earth.

The previous Transformers movie, bumblebee, was released in 2018. The film, starring Marvel’s Hailee Steinfeld, was a smooth reboot of the Robots in Disguise series. While bumblebee Failing to make donuts at the box office ($468 million worldwide), Transformers fans embraced the 80’s aesthetic and classic look of the film’s robots.
