Printouts and videos help catch O’Fallon burglary suspects

O’FALLON, Missouri — A suspect has been arrested for an attempted burglary at the Bramblett Crossing Apartments. Investigators managed to identify the suspect using video footage and a partial handprint. Dominique Hudson, 31, of St. Charles is charged with burglary.

On May 16, 2023, at around 9:30 p.m., a man was seen trying to break into an apartment. After realizing he had been spotted, the suspect ran to a parked car and drove away.

Investigators managed to take a video of the suspect leaving the area. They also found a partial palm print. The evidence was sent to the St. Charles County Forensic Services Division for analysis. Hudson has been identified as a suspect.

A search warrant was issued at Hudson’s St. Charles home on Wednesday. Officers arrested him and found stolen property and a gun. Hudson has a history of arrests for burglary. He is being held with a $25,000 cash bond.
