Protesters in Fort Lauderdale call for ceasefire in Gaza amid Israel-Hamas war – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) – Protesters took to the streets in Fort Lauderdale to demand a ceasefire in Gaza.

The crowd marched peacefully through the city center on Sunday afternoon. Participants chanted, held signs and waved flags.

Among the protesters were Palestinians and the organization Jewish Voice for Peace. Together they also called for an end to the occupation of Palestine.
