Ruby Franke‘s Husband Insists He Doesn’t Know About Their Children’s Alleged Abuse!

According to the attorney, Kevin and Ruby lived separately and had lived in different houses for 13 months. The children were in their mother’s care when the alleged abuse was uncovered – and Kevin was “dismayed” at how the allegations are affecting his family.
Yes, not “dismayed” by the actions he is accused of, but the impact on his family? hmm Strange wording. The lawyer continued:
“[He’s] He’s a good person, he’s very gentle, he’s a very gentle guy, and no one has ever alleged that he has ever physically abused these children or anyone else. […] He just wants to do what is best for his children, get them back, put them under his guardianship, his fatherhood and protect them.”
At Chris Cuomo‘S NewsNation On Tuesday night’s show, the attorney also revealed that the co-parents had agreed not to “talk bad about anyone” throughout the legal drama to protect the children. However, when asked if Kevin played “any role in the alleged conduct,” Randy insisted, “Absolutely not.”
How could that be possible? He explained:
“Mom got the kids for the summer and moved out of the county with the kids and if he had known or believed there was any abuse going on, he would have been there.”
Cuomo tried to clarify if that meant “everything happened after he left the family home,” but the attorney didn’t fully answer, other than insisting that Kevin “wasn’t around the kids” that summer. . He claimed the crimes “happened at a house a few hundred miles from Mr Franke’s whereabouts,” claiming:
“He never condoned or encouraged abuse.”
Hasn’t he asked the kids for photos or FaceTime these months? How could he not know something was wrong when her condition was as terrible as it sounded? Also, even Ruby’s sisters are relieved that she was finally arrested as they have been trying to ask the kids for help for a while! Wouldn’t you talk to him about your concerns?
