Sky TV owners are just discovering that there’s a FREE upgrade to their box right now

SKY TV has finally introduced a long-awaited feature that allows users to create their own profiles.
It brings Sky in line with streaming competitors like Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+.
The awaited Highlights feature will roll out to Sky Glass and Sky Stream in the latest update after being postponed last month.
The update was originally scheduled for February 4th, but was delayed.
Sky users will soon be able to create personalized playlists containing separate profiles as well as a new “Play” voice command.
The update, Entertainment OS 1.1, is rolling out to devices this week.
The new software will also feature a new cast and crew track for TV shows and films.
However, the update for Sky Q customers is still missing.
How do I know if I already have the update?
To see if you have Sky’s version, simply open the app on your device and see if the ‘Create a playlist’ option is available to you.
If it doesn’t, go to System Preferences and check what software version you have.
It should say Entertainment OS 1.1 next to System Info if you have the latest update.
For Sky Glass and Sky Stream users, the update should land automatically on devices.
However, a “soft” reset is meant to speed things up.
