Sofia Vergara wears a gold see-through dress to the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars Party – Footwear News

Sofia Vergara brought true romance – with a glamor twist – to the red carpet vanity fair‘s Oscar party 2023.

The “Modern Family” star appeared in a sparkling gold Reem Acra gown with husband Joe Manganiello at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday night.

The strapless piece had a light peachy base with an overlying sheer layer embroidered with swirling patterns of gold beads and embroidery – complete with a sparkling blue, pink and purple butterfly at the waist.

Vergara decided to let the embellishments of the Acra dress take center stage, simply pairing her outfit with sparkling gold tiered earrings and a dark red lip. Manganiello was also smartly dressed for the occasion, wearing a classic black suit, bow tie and white shirt with shiny leather lace-up shoes.

When it came to shoes, Vergara’s shoes were hidden from view beneath the long hem of her dress. However, it’s likely that the actress is strapped into a pair of stiletto-heeled platform sandals that total at least 4 inches tall, given her penchant for red carpet styles over the years.

The annual Oscars after-party hosted by vanity fair celebrates the end of awards season as well as the 2023 Academy Awards winners. The event will take place on a red carpet at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, hosted by YouTuber Amelia Dimoldenberg. The carpet is one of the star-studded events of the year, with 2,023 guests including Olivia Wilde, Julia Garner, Nancy Pelosi and Sarah Paulson.
