The Rs 320 crore IPO of EMS Limited opens for subscription today. The company quotes a price range of Rs 200 to Rs 211. The lot size is 70 shares. The issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 146.24 crore and 82.94 lakh equity shares through an offer for sale by promoter Ramveer Singh. The IPO will close on September 12th.

At the high end, the company’s IPO size would be Rs. 320-321 crore.

The share of non-institutional investors was subscribed 6.63 times. The retail portion was subscribed 3.08 times while the qualified institutional buyer portion was subscribed 1.12 times.
