When does the Oscars Red Carpet 2023 begin? Which channel is hosting the Oscars red carpet?

ABC News will begin its special pre-Oscars coverage with “On The Red Carpet Live: Countdown to Oscars 95” on Sunday, March 12 at 1:00 p.m. EDT / 10:00 a.m. PDT. (Note that clocks are advanced this Sunday due to Daylight Saving Time!) You can catch the coverage on ABC, available on all cable and satellite packages. The E! will have its own red carpet coverage, titled “E! Live from the Red Carpet. However, it is not available for free; You’ll need to subscribe to a cable or pay-TV provider like YouTube TV and Hulu Plus Live TV to watch it – more on that below.

Why isn’t the carpet at the Oscars red?

For the first time, the carpet at the Oscars 2023 will not be red. Instead, it will be the color of champagne.
