The new Sky series attempts to get to the bottom of Ireland’s disappearing triangle

The captivating show will premiere this Sunday on Sky Documentaries and NOW
True crime fans are in for a treat this Sunday when Sky launches a brand new original series called Six Silent Killings: Ireland’s Vanishing Triangle.
The series will air on Sky Documentaries and NOW and is the latest crime series to land on our screens. It focuses on the shocking case of six women who disappear in the so-called “Ireland’s Vanishing Triangle”.
Within five years in the 1990s, six young women went missing in Ireland and were never seen again.

In the same vast area now known as Ireland’s Vanishing Triangle, Annie McCarrick, Josephine Dullard, Fiona Pender, Ciara Breen, Fiona Sinnott and Deirdre Jacob vanished without a trace.
Thirty years after the first case, the new two-part crime series explores the investigation sparked by these women’s tragic disappearances and the ongoing search for answers.
Featuring interviews with some of the victim’s family and friends, former investigators and investigative journalists, this harrowing series examines whether we are one step closer to uncovering one of Ireland’s darkest secrets.
Crime journalist Geraldine Niland is at the center of the story – guiding us through the cases and beyond as she fights for answers for the families still struggling with the devastation of not knowing what happened to their loved ones.
98FM DJ Paul Ryder was also in attendance
As well as an in-depth analysis by Irish forensic scientist David Kenny, who uncovers a location where he believes one or more bodies may be buried – deep in the Wicklow Mountains and near the home of local suspect Larry Murphy.
Produced by Five Mile Films for Sky Documentaries, Six Silent Killings: Ireland’s Vanishing Triangle will premiere on Sky Documentaries and NOW on Sunday November 12th.
