The outskirts of Bakhmut are littered with dead bodies of Russians and collaborators flee to Russia – Ukrainian official

Oleksii Danilov, secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), said that the outskirts of Bakhmut are littered with bodies of Russian invaders and nobody is taking them away.

Quote: “Our military defends the glorious city of Bakhmut; our military stands tall, this is our stronghold. And what they are doing now…we can’t even imagine how useful it will be for the country and our army soon. A lot of scum that invaded our territory is shoveled there.

As Colonel General [Oleksandr] Syrskyi reported that all the bars and the territory around the city were littered with the corpses of Russians and “Wagnerites”. It is as if seeds of plants were sown there. Nobody takes them away because nobody needs them.”

details: Danilov stressed the importance of Bakhmut’s defense that has lasted for ten months.

“Imagine where these terrorists would be today, in which cities they would already be stationed, if our guys had not defended that particular city. Take the district center of Bakhmut, thereby solving the problem that they have not been able to solve for a while “said the NSDC secretary.

“Just as the fascists lost at Stalingrad, they (the Russians – editor’s note) will lose at Bakhmut,” he said.

Danilov also noted that huge queues are being recorded leaving the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts for Russia.

Quote: “The staff who helped [the Russians] are now queuing to leave the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. They sense that it could soon be “hot” there and a lot could happen… [Ukrainian troops are now] not so far from Donetsk, Luhansk and our other glorious cities. They (employees – ed.) feel everything that happens there, and they will soon feel a lot more.”
