The Police Academy Collection will be released on Blu-ray in November

Shout Factory is out in November with the Police Academy Collection, a new Blu-ray set featuring all seven films in the comedy franchise.

Shout Factory announced today that they will be releasing The Police Academy Collection, a Blu-ray set that will include all seven films in the comedy series. The set will be available 21st November.

The first movie in the police school The cornerstone of the franchise was when a newly elected mayor announced a policy requiring police to take on any willing recruits. This leads to a group of misfits attempting to prove themselves as cops, and of course, hilarity ensues. Steve Guttenberg played the role of Carey Mahoney in the first four films.

The only actors to appear in all seven police school Movies were George Gaynes (Eric Lassard), David Graf (Eugene Tackleberry) and Micahel Winslow (Larvell Jones). There has been talk of an eighth part for a long time, but so far nothing has happened. Steve Guttenberg offered the last update in 2018 when he said it was a new one police school The film was still on the way, but beyond that it offered little detail.
