After bonus points a group dance Competitions were added later in the show, with Pons in third place of the eight remaining contestants, with actress Xochitl Gomez and reality star Ariana Madix in the lead.

And when Armstrong spoke of her partner, he seemed as shocked as everyone else in the room after their names were called.
“It’s burning. I definitely don’t think Lele should have gone home tonight, I think Lele was feeling better. Since she has no dance experience, she is the best partner she could have been,” he said. “At the end of the day it’s a show, we’re happy to be here and we’ve had a lot of great moments together and she’s the best.”
The muted and shocked reaction in the room carried over into the reactions of viewers on social media, Lele’s fans and Non-fans alike agreed that this shouldn’t have been her night.
