Arkansas made its second commitment to the Class of 2024 recruit when Memphis University School’s Dion Stutts announced his commitment to the Hogs on Saturday.
The 6-foot-3, 250-pound pass rusher made his promise public on Twitter.
Stutts made his decision after his second unofficial visit to Arkansas over the weekend. He picked the Hogs over a variety of SEC schools, including Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, South Carolina and Missouri.
Last season, Stutts helped his school to an 8-4 record, good for third place in the Tennessee Division II-AAA West rankings.
Stutts’ commitment gives Arkansas two solid defensemen in the class so far, as he joins four-star defenseman Kavion Henderson, who signed for Arkansas Nov. 6.
